The fight starts behind the net and Laus tries a whipping right. Cote drops his gloves, grabs on and tries a whipping right of his own. Laus lands, Cote does not. They spin into the boards. Cote misses a right and Laus then grabs him and tries to pull him over. They are on the net so Cote is able to maintain balance. Laus gets free and tries a right. They grip back up and Cote tries a right that missed. Laus slips and Cote lands a right. Laus is covering, Cote backs off and the linesmen step in.
