Brandon Prust Puts Positive Spin on Vancouver Trade

“You can look at it in a negative way and say, ‘Oh, they didn’t want me,’ but also you can look at it in a positive way in that Vancouver was coming for you very hard and they want a guy like you,” Prust says. “That’s always a good feeling — that there’s teams out there pushing to make deals to get you.

“It’s gonna be fun. I’m excited. I know they got a good young team. I’ve heard a lot of good things about the coaching there.”
